Route factors in grid systems 'pushed over' by phi degrees

Abstract. Route factors are obtained for biaxial grid systems, of infinitely fine mesh, which have been 'pushed over' by phi degrees. The results assume that trip origins and destinations are uniformly distributed over the plain.
